CEMI may process your personal data for the following purposes:

CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGH THE CONTACT FORM AND/OR SENDING EMAILS

Purpose of processing: we will process the data strictly necessary to manage your request.
Legitimation: there is a legitimate interest on both sides to resolve requests or queries.
In the case of claims related to our products or services, the legitimation is the fulfillment of legal obligations on our part.
Conservation period: the time necessary to respond to your request and in any case, until the statute of limitations for possible liability actions arising from the processing has elapsed.

IF YOU WANT TO SEND US YOUR CURRICULUM

Purpose of processing: we will use the data to make you participate in possible CEMI selection processes

If your application fits one of our vacancies, we will contact you to arrange a personal interview.
Legitimation: The processing of the data is legitimized by the consent you give us by checking the box “I have read and accept the Privacy Policy”.
Retention period: we will retain the data associated with your CV for 1 year. Once this period has elapsed, we will proceed to destroy it.

FOR MARKETING PURPOSES

Purpose of processing: If you subscribe to our commercial newsletters, your personal data will be processed to manage your subscription and send you personalized information about our products or services via the email address you have provided.
You may unsubscribe from the subscription newsletter.
Legitimation:
The legitimation is your consent.
